Centenary Reception
The sun shone for the Royal Over-Seas League’s Centenary Reception on Monday 20 June. Held in the ROSL’s beautiful gardens overlooking Green Park, guests included a whole host of dignitaries including Heads of Mission, diplomats, Members of Parliament and ROSL members. A not-for-profit private members’ club, the Royal Over-Seas League is dedicated to championing international friendship and understanding throughout the Commonwealth and beyond. Since its launch in 1910, it has been known for bringing together like-minded people, and this event was no different. The event was chaired by ROSL President The Rt Hon Lord Geidt, its Chairman (and former Australian High Commissioner) The Hon Alexander Downer AC, and ROSL Director General Dr Annette Prandzioch.
