“Each Embassy or High Commission has its own processes and contract requirements, with each search being tailored to who is being relocated,” she explains. “I assist with the whole process, often speaking with an individual or family a few months before they arrive in London, advising them on the market and taking time to fully understand their needs.

Once in London, I arrange a tour of properties across their areas of interest, meeting them in person and working alongside Knight Frank’s front office lettings teams. When on the tour, we’re joined by negotiators from each local office who know the area and property inside out, while I provide a London-wide and Embassy-specific perspective. I stay involved through the offer process, negotiation and agreement of terms, contracts and paperwork, right through to move-in. The Embassy or High Commission also have me as a dedicated point of contact throughout the tenancy should they need.”
